Jeongyeon walked over to Jin’s table. Maybe she’d search the book worm out another day. She seated herself next to Jin. Jin smiled down at her and introduced her to his friends. Then he turned to her.
“You should audition for this year’s play. It’s the last year you can be in one, right? You’re a senior?”
Jeongyeon nodded. “What play are we doing this year?”
“The Merchant of Venice, I think.”
“Oh.” Jeongyeon nodded. “Well, I’ll think about it. I don’t know if I want to be in the play this year.”
Jin nodded. “Well, I’m going for the main role, as always. Do you think I’d make a good Antonio?”
Jeongyeon laughed. “I’ve never actually read it, so I wouldn’t know.”
“Ahhh. Well, you should read it.” Jin smiled at her. “I hope you’re in the play with me.”
Jeongyeon nodded. “I’ll think about it.”
