Nia rolled out of bed with her most recent dream fresh in her mind. She’d had the same dream three times now, but now was the first time she was able to remember everything. And she now recognized that it was a memory.
“Nia, will you wait for me?”
“Wait for you?”
“In your next life. Promise that we won’t just meet again. I want to love you again.”
“I’ll wait. In our next lives…we’ll meet here. Then we’ll remember.”
“How will I know how to find you? Surely, we’ll look different. We’ll be completely different.”
“You remember the heart?”
“I remember.”
“Good. When you remember in your next life, come here every night at 11 pm until you find me. I’ll ask you if you remember the heart. When you tell me yes, I’ll know it’s you.”
She now recognized how right they had been. But instead of her waiting for him, he had waited for her. It was the same, but also so different. And maybe they had another shot sooner than they thought they would have one.
Even in the short two months she’d begun to get to know him again, she had seen his true character. He wasn’t the man everyone made him out to be. Everyone thought he was a cold and uncaring man, but really, he had a heart of gold. Maybe he just had a soft spot for her, but it was enough for her.

The mood at work seemed to brighten significantly over the next few weeks. Even Mrs. Jeon, Taehyung’s assistant, was in a good mood this week.
“See you next week, Ms. Choi!” Mrs. Jeon exclaimed as she headed for the door.
“Next week? Will you not be here tomorrow?” Nia asked without looking up from her pile of paperwork.
“No, ma’am!”
Nia still wasn’t used to being called that. And how was it that Mrs. Jeon was younger than her?
“Mr. Kim gave me tomorrow off because my husband is taking me on a trip over the weekend!”
What? Since when did he voluntarily give his employees time off? Nia looked up at Mrs. Jeon.
“That’s great! I hope you have a good time this weekend!”
The assistant smiled sweetly before continuing on her way out the door. Nia stared after her for a moment before turning her attention back to her paperwork.

“Nia, can you book me a reservation for two tonight at six for that one restaurant down by Jung Corp.?”
Nia gave Taehyung a skeptical look but nodded. He seemed a bit distracted tonight. He was staring down at a contract. But he appeared to be reading the same line over and over again. His complexion seemed a bit pinched, but today had been a long day at the office, so she supposed he might just be tired.
She turned back to her computer before realizing something. Had he said the restaurant near Jung Corp.?
When will you post the next part for it?!
