Nina heaved a sigh and plopped down onto her bed. Mina peeked over her book at her.
“What is it? You’ve been sulking around for days now.”
Nina glared at her. “You know what’s wrong.”
Mina sighed and closed her book before setting it down on her bed. “Listen, I know you like Jimin, but maybe he isn’t the guy for you. Besides, if he’s ignoring you like this, maybe he really just doesn’t like you.”
“Don’t tell me that!” Nina groaned as she buried her face in her hands.
“I’m serious. What happened between the two of you? You said he was being friendly before.”
Nina rested her chin on her knees and pouted. “I don’t know. He just suddenly started acting weird one day.”
Mina considered her sister for a moment.
“Nina?”
“Hmm?”
“Does Jimin know you have a twin?”
Nina shook her head. “Why do you ask?”
“Because…he’s in math class with me and Tae, remember? And it’s not like the two of us are very secretive about our relationship.”
“You mean…Jimin thinks I’m dating Tae?”
Mina shrugged. “It would explain why he’s been ignoring you.”
Nina groaned again. “Why didn’t I think to mention that to him?”
“You probably forgot,” Mina giggled. “Besides, if he actually bothered to look closer he’d realize I, in fact, do NOT have light brown eyes.”
Nina smiled faintly. “That’s true.”
“Well then. Next time you see him, you can tell him!”
——————–
A week later Nina was wondering if she would see him again. Or at least have a chance to talk to him. He wasn’t in any of her classes, and he was avoiding her like the plague. She had yet to see him at lunch.
She was beginning to give up hope on Thursday when Tae plopped down into his seat at their usual lunch table and announced, “Jimin is coming over to my house on Saturday to study. You guys could join us if you want. Jungkook and I have to watch Miyeon, but I don’t think eomma would mind if you two came over as well.”
Nina and Mina shared a glance. Tae sat eating his lunch as the girls spoke almost telepathically.
A few moments later, Mina spoke. “I think we’ll have to ask Jin, but it should be ok.”
Tae grinned. “Ok. I’m sure Jungkook will want to do a movie night, so come prepared.”

Saturday rolled around and Nina found herself spending the morning destroying her and Mina’s closet searching for the perfect outfit to wear. Mina entered the room around three after returning from the store, her eyes widening at the mess she was greeted with.
“Nina! What on earth are you doing?”
Nina glanced at her sister from her spot in the closet. Mina cautiously stepped around the piles of clothes in an attempt to reach the closet. A faint blush covered Nina’ cheeks as she watched her sister. This was embarrassing. Mina bent suddenly and picked up a shirt off the floor.
“Isn’t this mine?”
“…yes.”
“Nina, you hate wearing pastels. And why on earth are our clothes everywhere?”
Nina let out a frustrated sigh. “I can’t find an outfit I like!”
“That’s ridiculous. You wear the same four outfits every week. Is this because Jimin is going to be there?”
Nina nodded sheepishly.
“You really have no experience in impressing guys.” Mina paused to look down at the baby pink shirt in her hands. “And don’t tell me you actually considered wearing this.”
“…I did.”
Mina sighed. “Your clothes are fine. Help me pick up the floor. Then I’ll help you find an outfit.”
Twenty minutes later their clothes had been sorted. Mina’s clothes had all gone back into the closet. Nina’s clothes had been laid out on her bed.
“All right. We’re dressing you simple. This is a study group, not a dance party.”
“Simple?”
Mina picked up a pair of ripped navy jeans off the bed and handed them to Nina. “Put these on.” Then she headed to the closet and dug through Nina’s sweatshirts. She pulled out a black one that was plain but for the white logo on the top left of it. “And this,” she tossed the sweatshirt to her twin.
“But what if I get hot?”
Mina headed back to the bed and pulled a plain white t-shirt off of it. “You wear this under the sweatshirt in case you get hot.”
Nina just stared at her.
“Go get dressed! We have to leave in twenty minutes!”
